Pei Wei Asian Diner Salt Lake City

We were craving Pei Wei driving through Salt Lake and found this one 10400 S State in a search. The low star rating made us hesitate but decided to risk it. It was worth the risk! They were only doing take out, because of the virus. As we approached we saw 2 couples sitting on a bench in front eating pei wei so I asked them for an on the spot review. They all were very happy so we pressed on! The girl that took our order was very nice and helpful. We were doing a family special meal, which we hadn’t done before and she stepped us through patiently. When the order was complete she said it would be about 15 minutes. We went out to our truck and sat waiting enjoying the nice weather. About 8 minutes after ordering someone came to my window unexpectedly. It was the girl that took the order and gave it to us! Kind of blew my mind that she found us and bothered to bring it to us so that it was completely fresh. The meal was awesome. Very fresh and delicious and the service could not have been better. So I am not usually a review writer but since the stars were low I decided to tell our experience. They apparently have turned things around and deserve better reviews now. So there is mine.
